No cell phones in your hand in the school zone, in the school crosswalk or at active construction sites.

Further Thoughts

Texting and driving is dangerous. To protect everyone's safety, the best thing you can do is to pay attention to the road when you drive and put your phone out of your mind. To ensure the safety of students, teachers, parents, and construction workers, the State of Florida has made texting and driving in a school zone a ticketable offense - this means no other offense is required for you to receive a ticket.

If you or a loved one have been given a ticket for texting and driving, we can help. Contact The Denson Firm immediately for a Free Consultation.
